Brief Overview to be posted along with the course   Business Correspondent Centers are a One Stop Shop to ensure financial inclusion and increase outreach of Banking services to all citizens. Besides provides Banking services and products, they also promote social security schemes. BC Centers are on a complete digital mode for transactions and business in line with GOI digital objectives.   To develop the skills of Business Correspondent Agents for effectively delivering financial services to the citizens, we have designed a self- learning Capacity building module. We request BC Agents to take this training and assessment and equip themselves.
